The project

Recommended to us from a previous customer, the owners of this very handsome property had two extremely dilapidated chimneys and were suffering water ingress as a result. The top few courses of brickwork were coming apart and bricks were in danger of falling off the chimney altogether. In order to retain the historic integrity of the building, we cleaned and re-used the existing bricks, and used a dye to re-create the characteristic black mortar from the Bristol region.
